Here is a little bit about myself, I have been living here in the Verde Valley since 2005 which is when I became a Realtor. This was without a doubt, one of the best and exciting decisions that I made in my life! During that time I began my career slowly, as a part time Realtor. After 2 years as a part-time realtor, I realized I was too busy to hold a job my full-time job and also do my best to serve my real estate clients. So, I left a job that I truly loved to dedicate myself to this new and exciting career. Along the way, I have had the pleasure of working under the tutelage of 2 amazing brokers, both of whom taught me so much! One of the things I love about this business is that it is forever changing and evolving and there is always so much to learn!
I truly enjoy working with both buyers and sellers of Residential real estate. There isn't anything more exciting than finding right house that becomes a place where a family meets and builds a life and a home... that special place where memories are made. Being a part of that is definitely one of my greatest pleasures. I am an original, yes that’s right although it’s more common now than when I was growing up I was born in Arizona, back when I was younger people were just transplants, not I have lived from top to bottom of Arizona born in Mesa lived in Tucson grew up in Sedona went to school in flagstaff and settled and call Cottonwood Arizona home. I have lived some of my life in the Quad Cities in Iowa, the great Midwest.
Family and Friends are important to me as they are who you love, create memories with and where laughter and smiles come from. My “home” is filled with a great man, a smart and completely beautiful daughter and a quirky deaf dog and a few adopted fish. God has definitely blessed me!
I started my working career when I was in junior high, I was a dishwasher at a restaurant in Oak Creek Canyon. My mother was an incredible and strong woman who taught me how to be a strong woman and gave me wonderful values. I learned you work hard at any job you're given and that has gone with me through life. The best thing in the world is our daughter, I am so proud. When we got pregnant, I was working for a bank in Sedona doing commercial loan processing, when she was born, I didn’t want to go back to work full time. I started my own cleaning business for individuals and also real estate companies and property managers. I was able to work a flexible schedule to allow me to still be mom. After 6 years, the man I love purchased a Real Estate Property Management business and I started out as his receptionist and after learning the Arizona department of real estate is very particular what an unlicensed person can and can’t do, it limited my duties which I did not like…..I’m not a sit there and watch someone else do it kind of person, so I took the 90 hour crash course and got my real estate license. I love working in this position! Meeting people and sharing stories and placing tenants in properties and managing an owner’s investment is rewarding. There are some really truly incredible homes around here. My man also came from the construction background, and he still does an extreme amount of contracting...we are never sitting-still. I want to be the one to help you find the home where love resides, memories are created, where laughter and smiles never end.
